What is the best way to increase the horsepower in my BMW M3?

I currently have a 2008 BMW M3 and am looking to increase the horsepower. I am considering upgrading the exhaust system, adding a cold air intake, or a performance chip. What would be the best option and what kind of power gains can I expect? Thanks.
