How do I change the battery in my BMW X5?

I just bought a used BMW X5 and I'm not sure how to change the battery. Can someone give me step-by-step instructions?

First, locate the battery in the engine bay. It's usually located on the driver's side near the front. Make sure your car is turned off and the key is removed from the ignition before starting. Next, disconnect the negative terminal from the battery, then the positive. Remove the battery hold-down clamp and carefully lift out the old battery. Clean the battery tray and terminal connections with a mixture of baking soda and water. This will remove any corrosion build up. Install the new battery and re-connect the positive terminal first, followed by the negative. Make sure the connections are tight and secure. Finally, test the battery to make sure it is working properly.
