How do I turn off the Adaptive Mode in my BMW 7 Series?

I find the Adaptive Mode to be too sensitive for my driving style. Is there a way to turn it off or adjust it?

To turn off the Adaptive Mode, go to the settings on your dashboard and select 'Driving Modes'. From there, you can turn off the Adaptive Mode or adjust the sensitivity to your liking.
