Why is the BMW X8's engine stalling and how can it be fixed?

Recently, I have noticed that my BMW X8's engine has been stalling frequently. It happens at both low and high speeds, and sometimes even at a complete stop. What could be causing this issue and how can it be resolved?

The most common reason for engine stalling in the BMW X8 is a dirty or faulty mass air flow sensor. It is located in the air intake system and measures the amount of air entering the engine. If it becomes dirty or malfunctions, it can disrupt the air-fuel ratio and cause stalling. You can try cleaning the sensor yourself or take it to a trusted mechanic for proper diagnosis and repair.

Another possible cause of engine stalling in the BMW X8 is a malfunctioning idle air control valve. This valve controls the engine's idle speed and if it gets stuck or clogged, it can cause the engine to stall. It is recommended to have a trained technician check and replace the valve if necessary.
