Why is my BMW 3 Series shaking while accelerating?

I noticed that my BMW 3 Series is shaking while I accelerate. It seems to be worse at higher speeds. What could be causing this and how can I fix it?

One possible cause could be worn out or damaged engine mounts. I would recommend bringing it to a mechanic to have them checked and replaced if necessary.
