Why does my BMW X3 make strange noises when turning left?

I've noticed that my BMW X3 makes a strange creaking noise when I turn left. What could be causing this and how can I fix it?

It's possible that the noise is coming from a worn out ball joint or bushing. I suggest taking your X3 to a mechanic and having them inspect the suspension components for any wear and tear. They may need to be replaced to eliminate the noise.
