Which oils are best for the BMW X3 engine?

I recently purchased a BMW X3 and I'm wondering what type of oil is best for the engine. I've heard mixed opinions and I want to make sure I use the right one.

Personally, I have found that using a full synthetic oil, such as Castrol EDGE, works best for my BMW X3. It provides maximum protection and performance, ensuring the longevity of the engine.

I've had good experiences using a blend of synthetic and conventional oil, such as Valvoline MaxLife. It provides a balance between protection and affordability.

Make sure to always check your owner's manual for the recommended oil type. For my BMW X3, I use Mobil 1 synthetic oil and have had no issues.
