What kind of oil should I use for my BMW M7?

I am planning to change the oil in my BMW M7. I am wondering what type of oil would be the best for my car. I know BMW recommends 0W-40 synthetic oil, but I've heard good things about other brands as well. Any recommendations?

Based on my experience, I would stick with the 0W-40 synthetic oil recommended by BMW. It's specifically designed for BMW engines and will provide the best protection.
