What is the best oil to use for a BMW M9 engine?

I am planning on changing the oil in my BMW M9 and I want to make sure I use the best oil for the engine. What would you recommend and why?

Based on my experience with BMW engines, I would recommend using a full synthetic oil with a high viscosity, such as 5W-40. This type of oil will provide better protection and lubrication for high-performance engines like the BMW M9.

I have been a BMW mechanic for over 10 years and have seen the best results with a synthetic blend oil, specifically 5W-30. It provides good protection while also being more affordable than full synthetic oils.

As a BMW enthusiast, I have tried different types of oils for my M9 and found that a fully synthetic 0W-40 works best for performance and longevity of the engine. It may be a bit pricier, but it's worth it for the long-term benefits.
