Is it worth upgrading to the BMW M8 Competition package?

I am considering upgrading my BMW M8 to the Competition package but I am not sure if it is worth the extra cost. Can someone who has experience with both versions of the M8 provide some insights?

I highly recommend upgrading to the Competition package. The extra horsepower and improved handling make it a completely different driving experience.
