How to troubleshoot a BMW vehicle that won't start?

I have a BMW vehicle that won't start and I'm not sure what the problem could be. The battery seems to be working fine, but the engine won't turn over. I've tried jumping it, but that didn't work. Any advice on what steps to take to troubleshoot this issue?

First, make sure that the battery terminals are clean and securely attached. If they appear corroded, try cleaning them with a wire brush. If that doesn't work, you may need to replace the battery.
