How to fix the audio quality issue in my BMW X2?

Have you checked the equalizer settings in your X2's audio system? Sometimes adjusting those settings can improve the sound quality. If that doesn't work, it may be worth taking your car to a BMW dealership to have them diagnose and fix the issue.
