I just bought a new BMW and I want to make sure the software is up to date. How can I check and update it?

First, check your BMW's iDrive system to see if it has the latest software update available. If not, you can download the update onto a USB drive and plug it into your car to install it. If you're not comfortable doing this yourself, you can always take it to a BMW dealership and they can update the software for you.
