How do I turn off the automatic start/stop feature in my BMW X6?

I find the automatic start/stop feature in my BMW X6 to be annoying and would like to turn it off permanently. Is there a way to do this without disabling it every time I start my car?

To turn off the automatic start/stop feature in your BMW X6, go to the iDrive menu and select 'Settings'. From there, choose 'Vehicle' and then 'Driving Mode'. You will see an option for 'Auto Start-Stop' which you can toggle off. Keep in mind, this will also deactivate any comfort/eco pro mode that uses the start/stop feature.
