After changing the oil on my BMW 2 Series, the oil service reminder displayed on my dashboard is still on. How can I reset it?

Using the knob on the turn signals, navigate to 'Reset' and then press the knob. Select the oil service reminder from the menu and press the knob again to reset it.
Another way to reset the oil service reminder on your BMW 2 Series is by using the iDrive system. Go to 'Vehicle Info' and then select 'Vehicle Status.' From there, you can choose 'Service Required' and then 'Service Due.' A prompt will appear asking if you want to reset the service. Select 'Yes' and the reminder will be reset.
