How do I reset the navigations system in my BMW 7 Series?

I recently changed the battery in my BMW 7 Series and now the navigation system is not working properly. I tried turning off the car and resetting the system, but it still doesn't work. What should I do?

Try pressing and holding the power button for about 10 seconds to fully reset the system.
