How Do I Reset My BMW 6 Series Computer System After an Update?

I recently updated the software on my BMW 6 Series and now I am having trouble with the computer system. The screen is frozen and I can't access any of the functions. How can I reset the computer system to fix this issue?

The first thing you can try is to perform a hard reset by holding down the power button for 10 seconds. If that doesn't work, try disconnecting the battery for a few minutes and then reconnecting it.
