First, you will need to gather the necessary tools: an oil filter wrench, a drip pan, funnel, and new oil filter and oil.

Next, locate the oil drain plug and remove it using the oil filter wrench. Make sure to place the drip pan underneath to catch the old oil.

Once all the old oil has drained, replace the oil drain plug and move on to removing the old oil filter.
