I've been having trouble with the power liftgate in my BMW X3. Is there a way to manually adjust the height of the liftgate for better clearance?

Hi Samantha, there is a way to manually adjust the liftgate height in your BMW X3. Here's how: 1) Open the liftgate to the desired height. 2) Pull the liftgate strut to its extended position. 3) Pull the joint out of the ball socket. 4) Set the liftgate strut in the ball socket at the desired height. 5) Push the strut towards the ball socket until it snaps into place.
