Why does my BMW i5 make a clicking sound when turning?

I recently noticed that my BMW i5 makes a clicking sound when I turn the steering wheel. It seems to be coming from the front of the car. Can anyone tell me what could be causing this and if it needs to be fixed?

The clicking sound could be caused by a worn out CV joint or a faulty steering component. It's best to have a mechanic inspect it to determine the exact cause and necessary repairs.

Make sure to check your power steering fluid level, as low fluid can also cause a clicking sound when turning. If it's low, top it off and see if the sound goes away.

I had a similar issue with my BMW i5 and it turned out to be a loose wheel bearing. Definitely get it checked out sooner rather than later to avoid any potential safety issues.
